Summer Pasta with Squash
- 8 ounce penne pasta
- half of a squash cut into cubes
- 1/2 cup marinara sauce
- 1/2 cup Braswell's Vidalia Onion Summer Tomato Dressing
- 1 tablespoon almond oil
Add almond oil in a small pan and saute squash on medium heat until tender. Boil water and cook pasta as directed on box. In a small bowl combine the marinara sauce and Braswell's Vidalia Onion Summer Tomato Dressing. Combine noodles, squash, and sauce and serve.
