Peach Apricot Asian Chicken


  • 8 ounce chicken
  • 1/4 cup Peach Apricot Preserves
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt


Cut chicken horizontally. Marinate in Peach Apricot Preserves, salt, and sesame oil for 12 hours. Heat sesame oil in pan and cook chicken on medium heat. When chicken is almost cooked through, add the marinating juices and create a sauce. Enjoy! Yield: 2 servings
