Ingredients:

  • 1 medium sweet potato
  •  Olive oil to taste
  • 1/4 cup Brown Sugar Ham Glaze

Directions:

Preheat oven to broil at 500 F. Cut the sweet potato in small squares. Spread them in a non-stick metal pan and drizzle olive oil and the brown sugar ham glaze sauce on top. Toss to combine. Broil for 20 minutes until golden. Remove from oven and serve. Yields: 2 Servings
