Ingredients:

  • 6 tablespoon salted butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup white sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1/3 cup Braswell's Pumpkin Butter
  • 2/3 cup all-purpose flour

Directions:

Preheat oven to 325F. In a mixing bowl, cream butter and sugar. Mix eggs and Pumpkin Butter with an electric whisk on low speed. Stir in flour, just until blended. Place balls of dough on cookie sheet about 1-2 inches apart and bake for 16-18 minutes or until edges are golden brown. Enjoy! Yields 8 cookies
