Ingredients:

  • 6 Roma tomatoes
  • 4 tablespoon Braswell's Balsamic Herb Vinaigrette
  • 1/8 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 Loaf of French Bread (cut into thin slices)

Directions:

Cut Roma tomatoes into small pieces and place in a bowl. Mix in parmesan cheese, olive oil, and vinaigrette. Place 1 tbsp. of the tomato mixture on slices of bread and top with a sprinkle of parmesan cheese. Serve immediately and enjoy! Yields 20
