Vidalia Onion Relish
Made with chopped Sweet Vidalia Onions, sugar, vinegar, and spices. Delicious when added to sandwiches, crackers, vegetables, or just eat it by the spoonful. Try it on Hot Dogs, in potato salad, or deviled eggs. Pour over a block of cream cheese for an elegant appetizer!
INGREDIENTS: Vidalia Onions, water, cane sugar, cabbage, red bell peppers, distilled vinegar, mustard (distilled vinegar, mustard seed, salt, turmeric, spices), salt, xanthan gum, turmeric, spices, cayenne pepper and pepper. 31.12% Vidalia Onion by weight.

This product is ESSENTIAL in ranch red potato salad. I dreamed the recipe up myself. I found this product at Wal-Mart and fell in love. They do not carry it anymore and I am heartbroken. I am delighted to find it online!

I bought this for the firs time one week ago for my family and it is Delicious. I used it in place of other condiments and will from now on. I even used it on a Sub Sandwich in place of dressing or mayonnaise and it was so refreshing to have a different lighter relish like this. I originally found this at Publix in Georgia and then we moved. I was so disappointed that I could not find it near my house. I'm so happy to find it online so I could have it shipped to Texas. Love it on burgers and other kinds of deli sandwiches. Fewer calories than mayonnaise or Miracle Whip.

I have been using this product for a long time. Unfortunately none of my local grocery stores carry it anymore. I tried another brand one time and will never do that again. This relish is especially good on grilled Conecuh sausage. Just the right amount of sweetness to really complement the sausage taste.
