Vidalia Onion Peach Hot Sauce
This sauce is the marriage of hot and sweet for those with delicate palates. Great on eggs and coated salmon.
INGREDIENTS: Water, cane sugar, red chili puree, vinegar, peaches, jalapeno peppers, salt, minced onion, tomatoes, Vidalia Onions, cayenne pepper, xanthan gum and capsicum oil. 1.34% Vidalia Onion by weight. Scoville Units - 310

My wife rec'd a bottle of this sauce as a gift. I generally don't use much hot sauce as most over whelm the taste of the food. This sauce is the marriage of hot and sweet for those of us with delicate palates. Great on eggs and yesterday coated salmon with a sprinkle of course salt, vidalia onion peach sauce, and baked at 400 til done about 10 minutes. Have to go buy a bottle now as I can see pork and chicken glazes in my future. I will also pick up the hot pepper jelly as it is super on cream cheese crackers . Try it!

I got thia hit sauce and others in a set for my husband, and this one stood out as the best for me. I'm not usually a hot sauce person, but this one has the perfect amount of sweet, savory, and a little kick at the end. Its the perfect compliment for juicy pork tacos.

Bought a bottle of this at the local discount grocery store. Was pleasantly surprised that it goes with just about every savory dish. Not too hot and adds flavor without overpowering . Was glad to know you can buy direct from the company. Even my wife enjoys it and she is not a fan of hot sauce.

Braswell's Vidalia Onion Georgia Peach Hot Sauce is a true delicacy! It is not a "see how much pain you can stand" Hot Sauce. It IS a true taste of Georgia that spices up meats, vegetables, and fish. The only thing I haven't tried it on is dessert! I reorder it by the case and I've enjoyed it for almost two decades!

I am not ordinarily a hot sauce person, but I love this product. It's got a sweet taste and just a kick of hot, but not overwhelming. I originally found this at a non profit thrift store, and now I'm hooked. Shipping is a bit high though.
