Vidalia Onion Jalapeno Hot Sauce
The flavor of Vidalia Onions with jalapeno peppers gives this perfect blend of heat. Great in Mexican dishes, added to chili and spicing up Buffalo wings.
INGREDIENTS: Water, jalapeno peppers, distilled vinegar, salt, lemon juice from concentrate, cane sugar, Vidalia Onions, xanthan gum, onion powder, polysorbate 80, ascorbic acid and capsicum. 1.12% Vidalia Onion by weight. Scoville Units - 420

This is my absolute favorite hot sauce of all time. When we go visit family in Louisiana, I bring home at least a dozen bottles. Now, I'm getting requests from friends to bring them some with each trip back home. The sweetness from the onions pairs perfectly with the flavor from the jalapenos. This sauce is about flavor, not heat...even my very picky kids enjoy this one.
