Had never heard of, or thought of sweet potato butter. Tried this and so delicious. A bit of caramel taste and was so good, I searched online to see if I could purchase direct from the company.

Sweet potato butter isn't easy to find so the jars I ordered from Braswell's have been a real treat. The butter is silky and mellow-flavored - very good on toast or over oatmeal. I will definitely order more.
