Sweet Bourbon Glaze - 12 oz
This recipe brings the bourbon from the bar into the kitchen. The rich flavor of the bourbon brings out both the saltiness of the soy sauce and the sweetness of the brown sugar. Great on salmon, ribs, and many other types of meat including pecan-crusted chicken.
INGREDIENTS: Dark brown sugar (cane sugar and molasses), apple cider vinegar, soy sauce (water, wheat, soy beans, salt), onions, water, bourbon, garlic, pepper sauce (vinegar, red pepper, salt), modified food starch, lemon juice concentrate, molasses, natural butter flavor, glucono delta-lactone, less than 1/10th of 1% sodium benzoate added as a preservative.

Braswell's Sweet Bourbon Glaze is sweet- very tasty! We enjoy it especially on our fresh salmon and as a dipping sauce. The product is excellent, and our only disappointment is with the excessive shipping cost. However, the product arrived quickly and without any damage.

This is honestly the best glaze I have ever tasted. It's great on chicken or even steak, but salmon is the winner with this glaze. Baste the salmon and pop it in the oven. Nothing else needed to make the best salmon you've ever tasted!

Delicious glaze! We've had bourbon glazed chicken livers at a local pub which are phenomenal. In wanting to replicate ( the best I could), I bought Braswell's and I'm glad I did. It is a dead ringer for the chef's homemade glaze at the pub. Yummy!! After researching bourbon glaze recipes on line, I may try to replicate Braswell's but I really think just having a bourbon cocktail and using Braswell's is so much better and way easier. Braswell's bourbon glaze is magic. I've used it on the bacon wrapped chicken livers and pork ribs. Beef takes away from it for us. Way too good to have it's flavor overpowered. It is the star of the dish. Thank you, Braswell's, for an outstanding product. I need not look any further!

We love the bourbon glaze. We got a bottle from my mother-in-law for Christmas that she found in a small boutique store up the road. We've tried it on just about everything. It is amazing on salmon and chicken! Now I am ordering multiple bottles at a time off the website. I've been sampling a bunch of their other sauces, and so far, I haven't found one I didn't like!
