Fantastic Tacos

Several months ago I hosted a Fish Taco night. I used pieces of pollack that I had, then marinated in this marinade for a half hour then lightly breaded with fine seasoned corn meal then fried in peanut oil. Everyone including a friend who is very critical of other people's fish cooking, where blown away with the fish. I repeated the same recipe with walleye this time and had the same result. I'm going to do tacos again over the coming weekend with Mahi Mahi (dolphin fish). I'm so looking forward to it. This recipe is so simple and comes out fantastic.
