Fig Preserves
In 1946 we started our family business with this recipe which continues to be our best seller. Our carefully selected figs from the Central Valley are combined with pure cane sugar and gently cooked until they acquire a honey-like texture which is highlighted with chunks of tender figs. Use Braswell's Fig Preserve on cheese trays, in baked goods, or as a spread for a warm biscuit.
INGREDIENTS: Figs, cane sugar, pectin, citric acid and lemon juice concentrate.

I first remember Braswell's Fig Preserves as a child in the 1950's. Fig preserves on a hot biscuit are still a favorite - great taste with a pleasant dash of nostalgia.

This is one of our favorite preserves. It's a shame that we can't find them in the stores anymore. Thanks for your fast response in sending them to us !!

I can remember from 5 to 18 years old having home fig preserves, then life changed, and I left South Alabama, as they say, to see the World. Over the years, I've always been able to count on Braswell's Fig Preserves to give me the warm feeling of home, with hot biscuits and Braswell's Fig Preserves. Thank You.

Braswells Fig Preserves were a special treat with biscuits when I was a young lad. 70 years of Braswells Fig Preserves now is just as good but has many fond memories associated with Buscuits and Preserves. Maybe I'll stop in another 70 years...maybe

These are delicious. My mother has been buying them for years and then when we cannot locate them in the grocery store no longer, I found your website so we can continue to enjoy them.

Braswell's fig preserves remind me of the awesome fig preserves that my aunt used to make. They were so good that we'd get a jar for Christmas.

I have tried several other brands of fig preserves, but not of stand up to Braswell's . I noticed at Hobby Lobby, they carry your products, but not the Fig preserves. Thank you so much for the good service when I order and I intend to continue ordering when I start to get low.

Braswell's is about the only company that I can find that is still selling fig preserves. Their prices are reasonable, the jars were well packed to protect from breakage, and the delivery was timely.
