Blackened Seafood Seasoning
Braswells Blackened Seasoning blends salt, spices, garlic, paprika and onion to create bold classic blackened flavor. It adds a rich smoky kick to any seafood dish and is perfect for grilling, searing or pan frying.
INGREDIENTS: Salt, spices (includes cayenne and chili pepper), dehydrated garlic, paprika, dehydrated onion, not more than 2% silicon dioxide added to prevent caking.

I live in Florida and fish is on our dinner menu a lot. I have tried many seasonings over the years but a man that worked in a fish market told me to try Braswells blackened seasoning. Needless to say, this is the only one I use. Everyone who tries it wants to know where to buy it. It is by far the best I have ever tried.

We LOVE this seasoning - actually on just about anything. After grilling some sockeye salmon last night, we sprinkled Braswell's blackening seafood seasoning on the fish afterward and it was even more delicious. It blended right in with wonderful flavor without being too overwhelming that you don't taste the salmon.
