Ever since finding Balsamic Sweet Onion Jam in a shop in Florida I've been hooked. So much so that I even paid shipping for more when I returned home to Alaska. Now I'm in the Northwest corner of Washington and still mail order. However, I discovered that by ordering a mere 10 jars the shipping is free! And, oh, the flavor! My favorite use is to spread it on brie and heat in the oven--heavenly. It's so good I'd eat it on the way to the hospital for a bypass. Of course, nibbling spoonfuls right out of the jar is another favorite of mine. An added bonus is the fact that the jam comes in reusable jars, although I do miss the French glassware I first collected. Braswell's Balsamic Sweet Onion is the only jam/jelly I use.

I love this mixture of onions with balsamic vinegar. I put it on my toasted english muffins with salmon cream cheese. I usually buy it by the case so I can share it with friends and family.

I brushed this on a whole pork loin I was smoking, the depth of flavor it adds is incedible!
