Tangy Lemon Caper Sauce
Braswell's Lemon Caper Sauce is the perfect balance of zesty lemon and the unique briny bite of capers. Serve with chicken, fish, pork medallions, or veal. Makes a great dip for artichoke and asparagus, or as a remoulade for crab, lobster, or salmon cakes.
INGREDIENTS: Soybean Oil, water, capers (capers, water, salt, and wine vinegar), distilled vinegar, olive oil, cucumber, cane sugar, dehydrated sour cream (cream, nonfat dry milk, cultures, salt), salt, butter flavor, xanthan gum, onions, propylene glycol alginate, lemon oil, turmeric, polysorbate 80, less than 1/10th of 1% potassium sorbate added as a preservative, calcium disodium, erythorbic acid and spices. CONTAINS MILK

If you want an easy and great way to add flavor to your fish, especially halibut this is the answer. Great sauce and make sure you order from the company's website. Much cheaper than alternative sites

This is SO good. We now have two Braswell products that we use for various fish/seafood recipes. I usually make homemade tarter sauce with your Sweet Vidalia Onion Relish and real mayonnaise, but now we have another favorite. This is very good on any type of breaded seafood; deep fried or oven baked. We also tried using just a little as a dipping type sauce on baked salmon. Very good also. It's the capers that make it "yummy".

As others have stated, this sauce is terrific on baked or grilled fish (especially salmon). However, my favorite use for this sauce is crab cakes! The flavor is intense, so a little goes a long way on seafood.

I usually put this on grilled salmon but tonight decided to try something different. I baked fresh asparagus for a short time with garlic powder and lemon olive oil. Then I cut it up and added Great White Northern beans. I added the Braswell lemon caper sauce and some extra squeezes of fresh lemon off my tree ( I live in Southern California). The family voted it a "10" and I will definitely make it again.

I received this sauce as a gift from my Aunt in Florida and it sat in my cupboard for a few weeks. Once I tried it, I was blown away at how delicious it was. I eat it with fish, chicken, roasted potatoes, even french fries. Im savouring it and I'm not even allowing anyone else in my household to try it so I can have it all to myself. Its so perfectly balanced and complimentary. Deeeeelicious!!!
