I use Braswell's Honey & Ginger in my hot tea. It adds a little bit of spice from the ginger and a little bit of sweet from the honey. It makes my tea different, but nice.

I bought this for use in my kabob marinade. It calls for honey as well as fresh ginger in the recipe, in addition to other ingredients. I still use the fresh ginger in it, but use this instead of regular/plain honey. Works well. Will buy again.
